Br.Emmanuel Obele Maria is a lay missionary from the west African Country Nigeria. He is a promoter/volunteer of Our Lady of Fatima since 1998 through the help/advice of the Fatima Priest, he became an Apostle of the Blessed Virgin Mary. He is a co-ordinator /organizer of Total Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary (33days preparatory Novena) And the Divine Mercy Devotion (3'0'clock prayer) as well. He was a Native of EkwuluMili Urueze Village Nnewi south L.G.A Anambra State Nigeria. He was born in the family of Mr. & Mrs. Gregory Obele with good conduct and reputation.
