Hello dear members, Just stopping by to say Hi and ask if anyone has become a new rosary maker in this new year? What a good "resolution" to make! We are as busy as ever and the rosary requests for our missions keep us inspired and energetic to spread the devotion of our Blessed Mother's Holy Rosary. We wish you well and hope you will drop us a line. God bless you, - Mary, Chris and Rachel

Greeting to all Rosary makers:
It took me some time to find you after you left MSN, but here you are, and I am happy to have found you. Thank goodness for Google!
I have been very busy working away making rosaries and chaplets, and I truly enjoy the study and learning involved with types of prayer beads, and the artistic techniques involved in making them. I am still hopeful that I will find someone who can teach me how to tie the Orthodox prayer ropes. I have viewed the tutorials online, but they all go way to fast for me, and my fingers don't work that quickly.
My most interesting project to date is desiging a habit rosary for a group of Anglican Sisters. They have requested the Anglican rosary as their habit rosary and after numerous changes, I think I have finally come up with the design that best suits their needs. This has been a fun and interesting project for me to complete.
The information contained in this website is most valuable, especially for those just beginning, and it is so nice to be able to communicate with others involved in a rosary ministry.
Peace to all, Sr. Rosaire-Martine. SSC

Dear Sister, It is wonderful to hear from you and to learn of your most recent projects. We would love to see pictures of your completed habit rosaries, if at all possible. You may have already viewed this video found at: http://www.wattfamily.org/prayerope.html The process looks rather invloved! I watched it over and over and it almost looks as if the instructor is tying a regular square knot such as one would use in macrame'. Only he is holding the cord in his hands rather than using a board. Maybe Chris and I can fool around with this a bit, leanr how, and see if we can put together a better instruction...slower, clearer images, etc. Thank you for your kind words. We spend so much time making rosaries and keeping the inventory up for the store that we don't stop in as often here at RMG as we would like. But we do so appreciate hearing from you, and glad you were able to find us! May God bless you, and bring great fruit forth from the work of your hands. - Mary
