Hello dear members, Just stopping by to say Hi during this Holy Season of Advent. This is such a somber time of year in our household as we really do not begin decorating of having any Christmas festivities until after my youngest son's birthday, on the 15th. So rosary-making is the perfect quiet time to spend in penitential reflection and anxious anticipation of Our Lord's Birth. My next oldest son's birthday is the 28th, so our custom of keeping the boys' birthday celebrations separate from Christmas has helped us keep the Catholic tradition of not beginning the celebration of Christmas too soon and ending too early.
